Description - Graduate of BS Psychology;
Behavioral Science, Business Administration or related course - With at least 1-2 years of experience in all facets of human resource is an advantage - Can keep confidential records - Must be pro-active and self-motivated. - Knowledgeable with Labor Laws and Payroll is an advantage - With strong personality - Willing to work at Eastwood, Quezon City - End to end recruitment - Handle the Orientation of new employees - Timekeeping - Make list and keep records of Government deductions (loan contributions) - Prepare and Remit Government loans and contributions payments - Filing/submission of documents to Government agencies - Prepare inter office memos for holidays, company events and other such announcements. Prepare Disciplinary Action Notice - Ensure Employees adhere to company policies - Assist in planning and conducting of Special company events - Coordinate with IT Admin for computer and other needed equipments for new employees. - Keep inventory, distribution, maintenance, and repairs of office assets, - Make purchase requests, for HR admin requirements and monitor office supplies and disbursement of office supplies to employees. - Maintain a first aid kit for the companies and ensure it is complete. - Provide advice and assistance to employees when appropriate - Keep records of disciplinary actions, leaves and absences of employees in their 201 files. Maintain and update the 201 Files - Performs other related duties as assigned.
