Description Accounting Supersor Job Description I. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: A.FINANCE REQUIREMENTS 1.Checks and approves daily vouchers, petty cash disbursements, debit memos, journal vouchers and other accounting documents. 2.Checks check vouchers as to the validity of supporting documents, accuracy of unit price, quantity and duly approved purchased order. 3.Input all deliveries from AGHG product in QB to update inventory. 4.Prepare Payroll 5.Process SSS, HDMF, Philhealth 6.Prepares summary of expense and other reports for monthly Management Meeting with monthly and Year to Date (YTD) figures. 7.Prepares and submits monthly and quarterly Summary of Output & Input tax for submission to BIR 8.Prepare yearly BIR reports /Summary 9.Prepares various documents for annual tax payments, annual Business Registration, Community Tax, annual application of business permits, annual Municipal licenses once a year. 10.Prepares Annual Financial Statements (FS) for BIR purposes. 11.Manual entry of all transactions in all BIR issued ledgers and journals. 12.Updating of QuickBooks system 13.Audit all past expenses both check and petty cash vouchers to ensure proper entries in QB system. 14. Reconciliation of Clients Accounts – Accounts Receivables and payments of accounts payables 15.Preparation of checks for clients and suppliers 16.Check credit card transactions must be properly credited to bank account. 17.Input all payments of clients in QB and EWT. 18.Prepare monthly / Itemized Accounts Receivable per client. 19.Prepare papers for ATP (authority to print) Sales invoice 20.Supervise all staff under accounting department B.OTHERS 1.Prepares summary of various Insurance for Stocks in Trade, Health Insurance and Motor Vehicles. 2.Supervises weekly physical count for all finished goods stocks. 3.Ensure sound working relationships with distributors, Company personnel, suppliers/vendors, consultants and agencies. 4.Protect company proprietary information. Ensure that no confidential data is released to unauthorized personnel. 5.Performs other tasks assigned from time to time by management. Required skills: 1. Expert in Quickbooks 2. Team Leader 3. Team Player Requirements Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree Years of experience: 5 Language(s): English Knowledge: Accounting Software, Audit, Accounting, Finances, Team management, Leadership Availability for travel: Yes Availability for change of residence: Yes
