Description Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
Experience in management, operations, and leadership
Decisive, can think quick on his feet
Can lead and motivate a team
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Service oriented and glad to satisfy customer needs
Good at data analytics
Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays
Proficient in computer work (Word, Excel, email)
Highly organized and good in problem solving
Has excellent planning and coordination skills
