Job description



As Procurement
Assists in day to day procurement activities
Source out minor parts and materials
Keep files in an orderly manner
Prepares purchase orders and monitors delivery schedules
Prepares request for payments of received parts and other billings (warehouse and equipment rental, utilities, etc.)
Negotiate prices of minor parts for cost down
Perform other tasks and responsibilities as required As IMPEX
Receives and process shipment documents
Prepare and process request for payment for shipment fees
Prepares and processes the application for importation permits, LTO accreditation certificates, etc.
Assists in the monitoring and coordination of the imported shipments
Coordinates inspection of imported parts conducted by DTI (Department of Trade and Industry) Others (Logistic Support / Inventory Support)
Prepares and monitor delivery receipts and gate pass for demo and sales units
Assists in the update and monitoring of issuance and receiving of parts
Assists in generating GRN (Goods Receive Notes) from QNE system


At least 1 - 2-year experience in the procurement job
Bachelor Degree in Business Management or other related courses
Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Powerpoint
Customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills
