Description JOB DESCRIPTION: -Communicates with customer on the phone or via written correspondence to provide information and assistance on product use, hardware / software problems or processes inquiries -Resolves customer issues on the first call / contact whenever possible, without having to transfer caller -Completes, processes and maintains applicable paperwork and records -Follows escalation procedures as necessary REQUIREMENTS: -Must at least be 18 years of age -Must have completed at least high school -Must have at least 6 months experience in call center -Preferably with Technical Support background, handling Cable or Telecommunications account -Must be able to communicate effectively over the phone -Must be able to communicate effectively in English -Must be willing to work in Iloilo City How to apply:
