Description JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for all marketing strategies and activities within the company. Uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. Oversees the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns. Works with other company officers to set the overall direction and objectives for new business lines. KEY ACTIVITIES: Develops and implements marketing and advertising campaigns for the business lines of the company. Prepares promotional materials, in print and digital, by coordinating requirements with graphic artists and printers. Research and analyses market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information to provide direction to management regarding upcoming marketing projects, new products offering, sales tactics and overall strategy Monitors and analyzes financial performance and customer data and adjusts marketing strategy as needed Approves all marketing plans and budget before they are implemented to follow company branding and marketing communication guidelines REQUIRED SKILLS: Good organization and planning skills. Communication skills in writing Highly creative Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns Requirements Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree Years of experience: 5 Language(s): English Availability for travel: Yes Availability for change of residence: No People with disabilities: Yes
