Job description

Administer first aid where needed and evaluating employees’ overall health
Responsible for coordinating with the company’s healthcare provider to set up annual exams and physicals for all employees
Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
Sorting and distributing incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
Answering the phone to take messages or redirecting calls to appropriate colleagues
