Description - Process new manpower request from clients - Schedule job interviews and assist in interview process for client requirements - Assist Payroll Department - Collection and validation of payroll and other work-related documents - Assist newly hires for pre-employment requirements;
Conduct orientation if needed - Maintain files and databases, records related to grievances, performance reviews and disciplinary actions;
- Draft memos and business correspondence, and;
- Prepare reports as needed Job Specification: - Graduate of any 4-year course preferably business or HR related courses - Preferably with at least 6 months experience in performing administrative works for Warehousing/Logistics industry - Willing to do field work from Veterans, Taguig to Makati - reporting office will be at Veterans, Taguig - Preferably with own motorcycle - Can start immediately Requirements Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree Availability for travel: Yes Availability for change of residence: Yes People with disabilities: Yes
