Job description

Description - Prepares and executes promotional marketing activities. - Maintains files safekeeping. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Supports business by regularly visiting branches and affiliated outlets to ensure sufficient inventory and acceptable pricing of products;
- Manage endorsement requests and change requests from customers. - Develop account management plan to meet business objectives. - Analyze and manage account renewal process. - Supervise and appraised the performance of the Sales Coordinator assigned under your control and Supervision. - Execute and manage assigned work within allotted timeline and budget. - Review and manage fund transactions, payments, invoicing, remittance, etc. - Participates in promotional activities as necessary. - Consistently report updates and concerns in the work area to Immediate Superior. - Create and generate reports in timely and accurate manner. - Maintains quality service by monitoring standards;
advising supervisor of potential problems. - Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. Accomplishes other tasks as may be given by Management from time to time.
